Storage Wars – Texas & Pacific Lofts

The Neil P. Building is one of my favorite downtown condos for three reasons:
The historic nature of the building and its location at the western gateway to downtown.
For those who like the urban lifestyle on a larger scale, these roomy residences feel more like a house than a condo on the inside.
Many of them have spacious patios overlooking an inner courtyard.
Covered secure parking for The Neil P condos is in the adjacent garage and is accessed from the 7th floor. Parking spaces are not owned, but rented at $171.66 per space (as of July 2018). This is not included in HOA fees.
This Urban Lifestyle website was created by Urban Living Specialist, Tim D. Young of Fort Worth Texas Real Estate to answer the most common questions about living in beautiful downtown Fort Worth.
